His ability to relate to various levels of economic standing has shaped his approach and perspective when dealing with residents throughout the city of Chicago. He has more than 10 years of public relations and marketing experience, 5 years of government relations experience and possesses the heart and integrity to lead “The Dream Team”. Dion is a husband, father and can go on for days about his love for Tacos, LeBron James and shoes.

Nataly Moreno is a operations and community relations wizard, possessing more than seven years of multi-level experience. Her focus, ability to multitask and love to help people allows her to easily lead and stand out on the Dream Team. Nataly joined Dion's Chicago Dream with the vision and drive to expand our Non-Profit Organization, and is focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity.
